Abstract:
The work is devoted to IHA and PPS in young and middle-aged women with a conditionally normal state of mental health. Methods: interview, questionnaire, standardized diagnostics, experimental method using functional tests, statistical processing of the results: Fisher`s test, binomial m test, Spearman`s correlation coefficient. Conclusions: 1. The vast majority of cases involve left-hemisphere asymmetry; 2. In mature women, the PLO contains almost exclusively right-hemisphere motor components, while the sensory components contain a few left-hemisphere components; 3. Mature women with left-hemisphere asymmetry differ from young women in having a significantly higher number of pronounced PLOs; 4. The hypothesis that mature women with left-hemisphere asymmetry have a higher prevalence of DEP, ANX, and SOM in their PLOs has not been confirmed. 5. Regardless of age, in women with a conditionally normal mental health state, an increase in the degree of left hemisphere dominance is associated with a decrease in the severity of O-C, DEP, ANX, PSY, and INT. In mature individuals, the same pattern is observed for HOS and PAR. The practical significance of this work lies in its use by professionals in various fields, including clinical psychologists, doctors, educators, forensic experts, and others.
