Abstract:
Here are described creation history, technical methods and context of the author's technique "Free choice of values." Its advantage is the most comprehensive coverage of personal "value core" in a significant increase in the list of suggested values, and the simplification of choice procedures for their selection and ranking of categories indicators of Value and Avaiability. Author present number of values — absolute ones, characterological and personal qualities, material and everyday- benefits, employment in certain activities, interests in anything. An example is done of techniques use in psychological counseling inside the actualization of patient psychological problems with current psychosomatic diseases, and is proposed plan of the conversation with such patient.
