Terms of use of library items
Electronic versions of publications placed in EL can be used exclusively for educational and scientific purposes with observation of copyrights.
Access to library resources is provided in case of user’s agreement to observe these rules and to disclose his/her personal data for further server development and storage. The user is also supposed to guarantee the authenticity of personal data provided at registration.
It is strictly prohibited:
- to pass down accounting data (login and password) to somebody else;
- to copy published items;
- to use special bot-programs for opening and loading materials of EL of MSUPE;
- to distribute materials of EL of MSUPE and use them for social and commercial purposes;
- to cite the materials without mentioning the author and the source of information.
In case of breaking these rule EL of MSUPE reserves to itself a right to block the user’s account.
