Abstract:
[Express-method "Seven states" allows to see both the unique and the general in the study of emotional regulation. It allows for 3-5 minutes to assess the emotional, personal and mental status of a particular case. You can see the unique manifestations of the emotional regulation of an individual, the specific existential specifics of his experiences and general tendencies characteristic of the contingent as a whole. The subject in the system of grades from 0 to 9 is asked to evaluate himself by the presence of the following seven states: 1 - "Internal conflict". Feeling of inner tension, discord with oneself; 2 - "Internal vacuum". Feeling of inner emptiness, lack of interest in anything; 3 - "Internal alarm"; 4 - "Longing, depression"; 5 - "Apathy". Lack of strength to cope with difficulties; 6 - "Inner calmness, serenity"; 7 - "Inner comfort", a sense of inner well-being, security. In the present study, the "Seven States" technique was used to assess the general mental state ("My general state today" - OS) and in conditions of experiencing internal conflicts (IC) and internal vacuums (IV) by students and patients with depression ilness.]
