Abstract:
This monograph deals with historical roots, social factors, main trends while development of drug trafficking and drug addiction in all over world and in Russia. Relationship between drug business and drug addiction from one side, and transnational criminal organizations – from others ones, the genesis and structure of illicit business in production and distribution of narcotic drugs and drug addiction in Russia were revealed here. Socio-political and socio-psychological problems of youth, as well as adolescent, drug addiction and of its reflection in public consciousness of Russians were highlighted.
