Abstract:
The monograph is devoted to the formation of scientific policy in context of globalization and transition of modern society to sustainable development. The scientific foundations of sustainable development are considered here, as far as the prerequisites and conditions of globalization processes and the scientific and theoretical bases of sustainable evelopment. Structural changes are shown in: scientific knowledge, the ratio of fundamental, applied and technological researches, and the features of the influence of modern scientific policy on educational processes.
