Love for Motherland and faith in God are the whole single factor, and compassion variable is included into it. The interconnection of such a complex with variable categories of training, education, family presence and work experience in fire safety educational system has been established by author. The conjugation of three factors - working interaction, spirituality and volitional qualities with work experience - demonstrate the presence of special time periods while the period of professional development, - when some values become especially significant. Acmeologically, this indicates the presence of acute periods and periods of individualization in professional development, when values become mechanisms of development. The values of spirituality and will are especially significant in the first 6 months of experience, then within 7 - 8 years and after 13 years. Adaptations correspond to bursts of efficiency, moral support, and friendliness. During such periods, obtaining specialized and additional education can be extremely important.]
