The proposed tutorial on developmental psychology reflects the main trends of modern science methodology and includes synergy elements by G. Haken and chaos theory by I. Prigogine, as most constructive paradigms in field of sciences on complex system′s development. It is proposed to use all-ages approach to mental development, which was designed by P. Baltes. Methodical device of this manual includes lists of questions and assignments, bibliography, tests for self-knowledge, a glossary, - so for increasing the using convenience. It is addressed to students of higher educational institutions of pedagogical and psychological professions; for teachers and all those interested in questions of developmental psychology.
