Abstract:
An activity becomes professional only when it provides a livelihood and when professionalism is determined by the constant striving for improvement. The profession acts as a way of self-determination. The attitude to the profession as a way of self-determination is most directly related to the problem of personality development. Professionally means according to the template. In art education, "do as I do" means unprofessional. And professionally — means taking an independent step forward in professional development. Therefore, professional activity in art is both the destruction of the norm, and the creation of a new norm. In other words, the destruction of the norm by creating a new norm and again its subsequent destruction. As soon as this process stops, the professional life of this person stops. The process of professional improvement as a search for non-trivial ways and rejection of established methods is directly related to the problem of individual style of activity.
