Abstract:
In this article, the author examines in detail the problems associated with the reform of education received by Soviet school students. The author analyzes controversial issues related to the process of educational development (e.g., transfer to another class in the absence of certification in one or more disciplines). The main programs, which, in the author`s opinion, will help to make this transition smoother and more effective, are identified and characterized. Among such programs are the programs "Study Book", "Creative Giftedness", "Social and psychological support, training and education of children with mental and physical developmental delays", "Development of Teacher Education". The author assigns a special role to the teacher, who is the main element in the formation of the schoolchild.
