Nechayev. [Professional consciousness as a central problem of psychology and pedagogy of higher education]

Abstract:
The article considers the principles, structure and content of the architect`s model, as well as the psychological characteristic of the main structural components of the architect`s model, stages and levels of architect`s professional development. The author cites the following as principles: integrity, dynamism, hierarchy, ambivalence, openness. Predictive, managerial and representative functions are singled out. The main functional subsystems are described: project-production, socio-cultural and training and educational. With the help of the method of system-structural analysis the characteristics at the system, subsystem and block level are given. Stages and levels of architect`s professional development are identified: pre-professional, professionalization period, theoretical and practical, as well as improvement and mastery level.
