Abstract:
[On the basis of organizational paradigms concept, the content of organizational culture in national university is analyzed here. It is shown that from the point of view of teachers and students, the organizational model of university corresponds to the model of “closed” organization. Along with this, the share of an open paradigm is quite large in collective ideas about the current state of organizational culture. The views of students and university professors coincide when assessing both the actual and the desired model of corporate culture. It turned out that teachers, evaluating the image of the real organizational culture among students, exaggerate the value of the closed paradigm and underestimate the value of the “synchronous” paradigm, while the students in the eyes of the teachers exaggerate the value of the “synchronous” one and underestimate the value of the closed paradigm. However, these differences are statistically insignificant. Differences in the subscales of leadership and management style, communication style and orientation towards changes in the organization are significant. A general conclusion is made about a high level of adequacy of ideas about organizational culture among students and teachers. At the same time, there is a common tendency for students and teachers to attribute to each other a preference for a “closed” organizational paradigm.]
