Abstract:
Problem of elitism values and orientations in identity formation process is raised and developed. Elitism orientations are described as aspiration for the best, but what is considered to be the best is an individual matter. Elitism is described as important in therapy context as well as it important for understanding processes in society. Presented materials could be used in preparations for “Psychology of personality”, “Psychology of career” and other courses, connected to identity formation. Appendix contains methods, related to the issue.
