Abstract:
The concept of innovative program analysis, proposed in this article, allows predicting success of the particular program implementation and explains difficulties that often accompany this process. Reasons for crisis in Russian education system are discussed through culture historical, educative, psychological, technological, structure, management and methodological aspects.
