Abstract:
The publication presents the results of research on emotional burnout and coping strategies in different types of organisational culture. It is shown that organisational culture to a great extent determines coping strategies, which in turn influence emotional burnout. The research programme of emotional burnout and coping strategies in different organisational cultures presented in the publication can serve as an algorithm for research in the preparation of term papers and diploma theses of students in ‘Psychology’ and ‘Personnel Management’. The results of the research and materials presented in the publication can be used in the practice of counselling aimed at reducing the level of emotional burnout; in the daily activities of employees and managers to improve their psychological and behavioural characteristics; in choosing the right leadership strategy to create an optimal climate in the team, to overcome the negative impact of stress through the use of effective coping strategies. The publication is intended for teachers and students of social and humanities and economic faculties of universities, hr-specialists.
