Generalized data from theory and practice of preschool education in USSR demonstrate sixty years development of psychology and pedagogy.Brief introduction into infant, early and preschool childhood age specifics changes over to selected peculiarities of physical, moral, intellectual and esthetical uprising. Different aspects of it are described in detail, with particular emphasis on education in kindergarten, as soon as it prepares children for school. Few moments of family uprising are although discussed.
