Abstract:
Author analyzed the development of talent at different ages on the example of musical and mathematical schools. The obtained types of ratio between creativity, intellectual development and special abilities were: an integrated, creative, intellectually-professional. By senior school age, in music school was increased the number of students with creative-professional and intellectually-professional types of giftedness, as in mathematical one – the number of students with integrated and creative-intellectual types. In high school age, there was a tendency to differentiation on the creativity of pupils. Here were revealed serious different trends in the overall development of intelligence among students of musical and mathematical schools. Among students with mathematical abilities with age, we revealed increasing number of students with high level of general intelligence, and among students with musical talents – that number of students with high level of general intelligence decreases with age.
