Abstract:
The phenomenon of corporate-professional culture for high school teachers and ways of its formation was analysed here. Model of social teacher ′s corporate and professional culture in high school allow to operate with management criteria and indicators for assessing the level of formation of this construct, and to describe the socio-pedagogical conditions for its effectiveness. Here are several educational innovations: activities to build this competence, profiles, "Code of corporate and professional culture of the social teacher." It is emphasize, that corporate and professional specialist culture increases his competencies per pedagogical labor market.
