Abstract:
Author investigate personality features of Special Forces officers in age dynamics during training in military high school. Empirically it was established a gradual increase among cadets — up to the possible maximum — of self-esteem, spiritual and moral motivation, existential execution (transcendence, freedom, responsibility), resilience and other qualities. From juvenility to youth failed hedonistic motivation, self-blame, acceptance of aggression, sociability and creativity. From youth to maturity — the assessment of own capabilities becomes more rational and cautious under the backdrop of high spiritual and moral motivation. Personality characteristics of Special Forces officers aged 25—45, differ from those between coevals in civil professions. One of the main and most developed feature of Special Forces officer is resilience, suggesting involvement in life, control of the situation, risk taking, productive coping with stressful situations.
