Abstract:
The interdependence between "student-student" relationship nature and interpersonal significance level of these subjects inside educational process was studied. It was shown that intra-group interpersonal authority, regardless of its specification or degree of irradiation, in student groups of any course, serves as an extremely important reference point for students inside the system of their relationships in groups. The prosocial authority relations on the first ("becoming" associations), the third (relatively "mature" cooperations), the fifth ("dying" associations) courses were described. An authoritative third-year student is overwhelmingly authoritative for an inferior ones, under both integral and informally authoritative status. An authoritative five-year student is either equal to, or higher, in terms of integral and non-formal-authoritative status, with respect to those fellow-students, for whom he is authoritative. The distinctive features of attractiveness and high referentiveness at different courses were described.
