Bogdanova. [Specifics of communication of adolescents with teachers in classes with a mixed ethnic composition: Abstract of the dissertation]

Abstract:
Theoretical and methodological basis of the dissertation are foreign and Russian approaches to the fenomena of communication, identity and it’s affection on cross culture communication, personalized education, cross-cultural approach in education and teaching. Subject of the research is a connection between multiethnic class structure and pupil’s communication with teachers. Data from different fields of psychology and pedagogy, related to communication, general and cultural communicational barriers, communication in education, relationship between pupils and teachers are analyzed and summarized. Author studies attitudes to multicultural education as an attempt to combine socio psychological and ethnical conditions of effective communication. Obtained data may be used to diagnose communicative problems in classes with multicultural structure and as a part of training for psychologists and teachers, who are supposed to work in multicultural classes.
