Abstract:
The paper substantiates the necessity of analysing and correcting the character of subjective attitude to school in the process of innovative transformations, develops a mechanism of step-by-step formation of the character of subjective attitude of all categories of subjects of teaching teams to the introduced innovations, establishes the interdependence of the quality of the organisational and educational system of the school and the character of subjective attitude to school. The four-level analysis of the character of subjective attitude presented in this study allows school administrations to objectively assess the readiness of teaching staff to the innovations being introduced and to monitor the quality of the innovations being introduced. The results of the study reveal the psychological characteristics of effective school managers and teachers in the conditions of innovative activities and can be used by school organisations for self-analysis and determining the prospects of self-development.
