Subject of research are socio psychological factors of burnout syndrome among pre-school education stuff. Paper proves a direct link between teacher’s status in informal group of co-workers and the level of burnout. It’s revealed, that burnout level among pre-school employees is associated with socio psychological climate in playgroup they take care of. Obtained data may be used in professional training and re-training of educators and managers, methodological programs design, and for HR management in pre-school institutions.
