Abstract:
Author examine peculiarities of student's and teacher's self-esteem identity. Research shows the difference in student's readiness and ability to confrontate or identify with other students and teachers. First-year students show readiness to identify with teachers and last-year students, but they tend to confrontate to third-year students. Third-year students although confrontate to first-year students, but are ready to identify with teachers and last-year students. Last-year students confrontate to both first-year and third-year students, but identify with teachers. Teacher's confrontation to students depends on age, status and teaching experience.
