Kalugin. [Motivation of social behavior among participants of educational process and its role in evaluating the performance of educational environment`s psychological safety]

Abstract:
Connections were studied between motivation of social behavior and indicators of psychological security of educational environment. The participants of educational process revealed different perception of psychological security of educational environment ratios the components of satisfaction and security. The strongest ties were revealed between indicators of complacency by educational environment and protectioon sense from psychological violence from teachers and high school students. Thus, among the experiment participants, the most influential were the motivation to success achievement and trend of motivational affiliation "commitment to people." So, among students striving for success was positively related with educational environment (including the opportunity to express own point of view), and protection from humiliation, threats, neglect, ill and others. Teacher`s affiliation trend was correlated with satisfaction of relationships with colleagues and hold difficulties and protected from threats and unfriendly attitude from students.
