Abstract:
Here the sports motivation was investigated, among representatives of command and individual sports, as far as its structure and character of interrelations of various motivational variables. Analysis of literature showed that ideomotor - training and psychological training are both most favorable for formation and maintenance of athlete motivation on high level. The meaning of anticipation and phenomenon of demotivation within the framework of the problem of the relationship with the trainer were analyzed here too. It was shown that influence of actual state of the subject and state of the environment - depend on each other, - and that the strength of the inner motive is most manifest when reinforced by a situational stimulus, in its content associated with this motive. In this connection, while speaking about sports activities, we face with two main situational types: of training and competition ones, each of which are related in its own way to sporting motivation, depending on personal characteristics and situation, and can be either growing or falling.
