Abstract:
A comprehensive program of psychological correction for children and adolescents with psychosomatic disorders has been developed. It turned out to be effective in reducing the severity of anxiety symptoms, responding to negative feelings and negative emotional experiences, developing the ability to verbalize one`s own experiences, and optimizing interpersonal and family relationships. A gradation of disorders of the psychosomatic health of children in ontogeny, not related to the true somatic status of the child and due to the peculiarities of his reactions to stress, is shown. In preschool and primary school age, a predispositional personal symptom complex has a pathological effect on psychosomatic health. An analysis of interpersonal dysfunctions made it possible to identify the range of key needs of children and adolescents related to receiving social support from members of their social network. The complementarity and sufficiency of social support provide a partial leveling of the stressful impact and dysfunctional personal characteristics and reduce the frequency of subsequent somatized reactions.
