Abstract:
Structure of motivation, involved in student's educational and professional activity is considered as an assemblage of two kinds of motives: educatively-proffesional and socio-professional. At the beginning both are quite extensive, but at the time they contract to professional self-education and professional co-work motives. Motive formation is based on involvement of these conditions into study process: education and professional activities mastering, reflexion, awareness and construction of motives. Author suggests methodological tools for motivation development and support.
