Abstract:
Student’s study and professional activity motivation is compound and depends, furthermore, on one’s intergroup status. It was distinguished that high and low status students have stronger personal fulfillment motives, while middle status ones tend to dispose communicational motives. Motivational structure is although changing during education. In first-year students prevails professional and communicative motives, on the third year of study students dispose self-realization motives; personal and individual motives — on the forth. Group cohension is another significant motivational factor.
