Abstract:
Concept of “pedagogical university student adaptation” is described as integral personal quality and includes knowledge, attitudes, needs and actions, directed to social environment, it’s reformation. Process of adaptation forming involves: professional interests establishing, professional training and specialization according to their potential, ambition and creativity development. To make adaptation as efficient as possible, it is recommended to activate student’s social needs through cooperation and co-working, involve them into different social and pedagogical activities.
