Nikitina. [Development of male identity at the stage of transition from adolescence to early adulthood: Abstract]

Abstract:
Author discovers a connection between man's identity, level of socio psychological development and locus of control. According to received data, highest level of social adaptation have men with meterosexual and egalitarian identity. Patriarchal identity has three forms: hegemonian, compensatory and facile. First one correlates with high level of socio psychological development, another two – with the low level, accompanied with low hardiness and purpose-in-life orientation level. Mixed variants pecularities are although discussed, age dynamics is presented.
