Novozhilova. [Socio-psychological features of intragroup structuring of modern youth organization: Abstract of the thesis]

Abstract:
Research describes peculiarities of intergroup structure in children’s and youth organizations. It has been found that formal and informal structures are strongly connected – members of managerial tean usually have high sociometric and referentometric statuses. They although have better sense for interpersonal relations. Group members with average status provide integrate all groups into one system. The assessments between all members are mostly positive and neutral.
