Research is dedicated to action oriented experience questionnaire design and approbation. The questionnaire is aimed to ease adolescent's motivation and value hierarchy studies. Author presents "integral experience scale", which reflex general level of activity need and "emotional value of experience" which can show how is activity important to a particular individual. Questionnaire provides an opportunity to discover self-determination, communication and other problems.
