Abstract:
In this paper, for the first time, the integral intragroup status of an individual in a group and the character of an individual`s passing through universally significant stages of entering a new but reference group are subjected to comparative analysis. On the model of pupil groups the problems of frankly socio-psychological nature and at the same time connected with the issues of status growth are considered. The regularities and dependencies recorded as a result of the study, reflecting the specifics of the process of an individual`s entry into a new group in conjunction with the indicators of the integral intragroup status of this individual, allow a new assessment of the significance of each stage of interaction between an individual and a reference group for the processes of both personal development and group formation.
