Innate role crisis is an important psychological significance of adolescence crisis. Author revises structure components of the role identity and how it is connected to personality traits such as disposition to innate conflicts, character accentuation and anxiety level. It was discovered that role identity structure and personality traits affect the way innate conflict is solved. Author presents several means to help a productive solution.
