Casual analysis of interpersonal conflicts between municipal administration members
Author studies the main conflict causes among municipal administration employees. It had been shown that the main root of conflict is the scantiness of work resources. This limitation aggravates operating to the benefit of all local livers and leads to industrial disputes. Such contraventions are usually taken inadequately as personal.
