Abstract:
Communicational readiness to interdepartmental interaction is revised as complicated and dynamical characteristic that includes various components: cognitive, moral, motivational and assignmental. Communicational readiness of young specialists is analyzed thoroughly, with particular emphasis on factors, connected to it’s establishment. Importances of practical skills gathering in educational process, their cooperation with social institutes are highlighted. The paper although presents practical recommendations for educational process optimization.
