Abstract:
Research describes individual and collective motivation displays in children. Both can take conscious and unconscious form. It was discovered, that collective motivation – attitude to behave for the prosperity of the in-group – appears from the arbitrariness and is determinated by concrete task. Personal motivation in this age is unconscious, and assumes to be formed earlier. In 1—3 grade personal motivation decreases while group motivation is rising. Conscious form starts to predominate unconscious. Basing on thorough analysis, author concludes self-consistened development of children motivation to be one of the most important educational task.
