Abstract:
[In response to human efforts, an organism, a mind, an instrument develop certain process, relying on which is a necessary internal condition for successful human activity. In psychotherapy, “hope” can be used to designate the main productive process that directly ensures achievement of therapeutic goals. Each psychotherapeutic school has its own theory, metatheory, its own mythology, technology and other elements and planes, but the core of this complex composition is precisely “hope” (confidence) itself. Making prayer the fulcrum of the therapeutic process, synergistic psychotherapy sees its task in helping the patient move from the hopelessness of life's dead ends to a personal state where prayer will begin to emerge and strengthen in him. At the same time, the therapeutic dialogue can be based on the process of awareness, and on spontaneity, and on experience, and may remain at these levels, but the main hope and main concern of synergistic psychotherapy is prayer.]
