Abstract:
The paper considers the peculiarities of formation and functioning of the psychological service of the correctional system topics (CES) in Russia. The author analyzes the activities of the service based on 20 years of experience of its operation and management of direct personal experience of service from May 2000 to December 2009. Considering the psychological service to the theory of management as a hierarchical organizational system, the author identifies a number of its components: mission, regulatory support, organizational structure, etc. The author is a winner eleventh annual national professional psychological contest "Golden psyche" in 2009 in the nomination "collective contribution to the development of a single professional psychological community in Russia, "project" psychological Service of the correctional system as a single component of the professional psychological community in Russia".
