Abstract:
The article presents the current approaches to the problem of professional personality formation. It analyzes the impact of professional identity of students on the choice of the specialist field they make. The article highlights certain aspects of the educational environment which promote to formation of competences in students, relating to their choice of professional occupations. The article presents the analysis of students' internal and external strivings after graduation from the university and their fulfillment.
