Abstract:
The methodology and thinking style of L. Vygotsky are discussed on the example of his implicit concept. The 7 stages of Vygotsky's concept, that we have identified, can be brought together to 4 stages: natural, interpsychic, extrapsychic and intrapsychic functions. Moreover, we divide each of the last three stages into two more ones. The logic of this division continues the logic of Vygotsky himself, who emphasized the difference between the stage of naive psychology and the stage of the external sign. Vygotsky`s concept is a symbiosis of the stage concept in the spirit of Piaget and the concept about development of a modular type, where development, as it is really, is described as a multi-line process, and different lines pass (although not synchronously) approximately the same stages.
