Abstract:
Article describes cognitive, behavioral and emotional difference between two groups of 5—6-year-old children: popular and rejected ones. The main difference are discovered in emotional sphere — difference in social status, general intelligence and communicative activity is not identified. Popular children tend to pay more attention to peer’s actions, be more empathic and helpful, while rejected are more aggressive and indifferent to another children.
