Abstract:
The paper analyzes prehistory and dynamics of L. S.Vygotsky`s view of the notion of "sense", reconstructing two principal lines of development of the category 1) within the field metaphor and construct of the field of the sense; 2) interpreting sense as an integral characteristic of man's attitude to the world. L. S.Vygotsky`s conception is compared to experimental research conducted by his group in the early 1930s. The author argues that the discursive field of L. S.Vygotsky`s conception determined by the category of sense had a complex structure and was defined in contrast to K. Levin`s field theory, with the help of the method of formal dynamic analysis and experimental techniques developed by dynamic psychology.
