Lisina. [Some problems of transposition in foreign author`s proceedings]

Abstract:
The development logic of foreign researchers on traditional-psychological problem of transposotion is tracking and analyzing here. The author comes to such conclusion: the whole knowledge volume now allows us to understand, how complex and diverse is the range of phenomena, which is associated with the concept of transposition. Facts of ease and difficulty in acquiring new knowledge and skills learned under the influence of earlier ones, ie. what we call "transfer, oк transposition" — are extremely varied by their concrete manifestations, and by their fundamental essence. Therefore, there are hardly legitimate attempts to find a common transposition′s mechanism, which would be suitable for the explanation of all the facts among influence of previously assimilated material on learning. It is much more productive, at least at the present stage of development of psychology, to study specific types and forms of transposition (generalization, latent learning, etc.). Only in this way we can finally create a true transposition theory.
