Abstract:
[The purpose of the work is to identify the peculiarities of the value-motivational sphere as the basis of professional training and retraining of employees of the federal Fire Service at the FPN Training Center. This article presents the results of the study of the peculiarities of the value-motivational sphere in the course of psychological preparation and professional training of fire service specialists. The structure of internal value conflict and propensity to risk among listeners of the Moscow Training Center of The Federal Fire-Fighting Service Are Reflected. The analysis of the research results allowed to establish links between the locus of control and peculiarities of motivation and values structure. Specificity of the structure of values and general internality are defined as bases of professional formation in system of training of FPN.]
