Gorshkova. [Influence of paternal deprivation on the formation of I- body image in preschool children]

Abstract:
[Here are described the identifies and the features of "body image" meanung in preschool children, who are brought up under conditions of paternal deprivation of different duration: almost without father or he is a replacing figure, in different childhood periods - from birth to 6 years. In such children, negative features of their self-image and body image were found: a violation of the temporal perspective and actual age-related identity; the experience of bodily inconsistency; a feeling of lack of coordination; a violation of correlation and coordination of the main dimensions of the body image; bodily boundaries with a high level of barrier in combination with their low permeability. Education without both parents (orphanage) is the most traumatic. The results obtained open up a new approach for corrective and preventive work with children who find themselves in difficult life situations.]
