Zavershneva. [The prototype of dual stimulation technique: the first experimental study by L. Vygotsky (Gomel, 1923)]

Abstract:
[The article represents some commentary on the work of L. Vygotsky "Experimental study of the education of new speech reflexes by the method of linking with complexes (logical memory)", which reflecting concrete results of experiment, he conducted in Gomel while the end of 1923. The study is a previously unknown empirical part of the report "Methods of reflexological research as applied to the psyche study", with which L. Vygotsky spoke at the II All-Russian Congress on Psychoneurology in January 1924. The comments analyze the connections between empirical and theoretical parts of the study, and give a historical and methodological assessment of its significance. It is shown that it can be considered a prototype of the double stimulation technique and contains a number of provisions that subsequently entered, in a transformed form, into the theoretical core of L. Vygotsky`s concept.]
