Bukarenko. [Criteria for candidates psychological suitability for service in units engaged criminal-processual activities in Drug Control apparate]

Abstract:
Here is the current state evaluation of professional selection in Russian Federal Drug Control Service, and the developed proposals to improve its psychological aspect. Were formulated and formalized two functions of psychological professional selection stage: supporting and self ones, among which the second one is focused on the criteria of professional success and on the identification of psychological predisposition to activities in Service of Drug Control. For example, the Luscher test and other ones were detailed in specifications and additions to standard psychological tests in relation to such specific task. It was emphasized, that the criteria for suitability to named Service among psychologists and psychological criteria for success at the department heads, do not match. So, psychologists in course of the survey candidates are guided to identify the latent mental disorders, and associated destructive behavior of the subject, but the leaders are guided by real achievements of subordinates.
