Abstract:
The purpose of the work is to study the relationship between the psychological health of employees and their subjective assessment of the socio-psychological climate in the organization. The concepts of “health”, “psychological health” and various approaches to their definition are considered. Also the author studies the concept of socio-psychological climate. The empirical part is devoted to the study of the relationship between the psychological health of employees and their subjective assessment of socio-psychological climate in the team. The study involved 30 respondents who work in the field of education and 35 respondents who work in a closed joint-stock company. Psychological health was measured using the test-questionnaire of self-relationship V. V. Stolin. To study the indicators of socio-psychological climate, testing was conducted using the methodology of integral labor satisfaction (N. P. Fetiskin, V. V. Kozlov, K. M. Manuilov), as well as A. Y. Antsupov`s modular sociotest and V. I. Shkatulla`s questionnaire. In the educational organization a moderate relationship between the correlated indicators was revealed (0.5—0.75). In the business organization also revealed the presence of a relationship, however, the strength of such a relationship is weak (0.2—0.5). In the conclusion of the work the main conclusions of the research are given, it is noted that the goal of the work is fulfilled, the tasks are solved and the hypothesis is proved.
